Mark is responsible for the development of numerous airport master plans, site evaluation and site selection studies and development programs for airports in numerous states throughout the nation.

Mark loves his rag top car, cooking and the Blues. He and his wife Connie enjoy entertaining and traveling; they have one grown son. Mark is one of the world’s great joke tellers and never misses a punch line. He’s also king of the lowest common dominator, possessing the rare ability to find the simple solutions to complex issues (making most of us feel real dumb!). Mark’s a charter member of our Cuban Friday Society.
