As a Project Manager and Senior Airport Planner for Barnard Dunkelberg & Company for over twenty years, Cody is technically well-versed and possesses an expertise in the resolution of non-standard airfield dimensional criteria, as well as, the application of FAR Part 77 and TERPS standards, and the analysis/evaluation of aircraft approach and departure design issues.

A quiet man by nature (but don’t be fooled by still waters!) and Oklahoma State graduate, this Urban Cowboy integrates his background in Landscape Architecture and special interest in environmentally-focused Regional Planning to his daily assignments. He’s our firm’s leading practical joker (we think), a jazz music enthusiast, and the unofficial BDC Master Gardner. Cody and his wife Starla are the parents of two very cool kids.
